Jose Tumkaya

Chief Operating Officer

Jose Tumkaya joined EcoSecurities via the J.P. Morgan acquisition in 2009. As COO, Mr Tumkaya is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of EcoSecurities, specifically focusing on the company's Origination and Portfolio Management activities. Jose began his career at J.P. Morgan in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions group. He was also part of J.P. Morgan's Global Commodities group where he helped establish its Principal Investments business focusing on carbon and alternative energy. Most recently he was responsible for structured transactions in the Environmental Markets group and played a key role in the acquisition of EcoSecurities. Mr Tumkaya holds a bachelors degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a joint Executive MBA from Columbia and London Business Schools.

Adrian Fernando

Executive Management

Adrian Fernando joined EcoSecurities in 2007 and has over 17 years of experience in the energy sector. Previously, Mr Fernando was Business Development Director for Star Energy plc, where he was responsible for the development of a gas storage business. Prior to joining Star, he spent almost 12 years at Amerada Hess Limited, including a number of years as the Deputy Managing Director of their energy marketing and trading businesses. Mr Fernando began his career as an Economic Advisor for the United Nations in Central America.

PJ Browne

Group Company Secretary

Patrick James (PJ) Browne was appointed Group Company Secretary in June 2008. Prior to this, PJ worked for Agcert International plc, where he acted as Director of Risk and Treasury, as well as Group Company Secretary. Before joining Agcert, PJ held a variety of finance related roles at organisations such as Meridian, ESB and Ernst & Young. PJ has a degree in commerce from University College, Galway and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Joginder Bhogal

Chief Financial Officer

Joginder Bhogal joined EcoSecurities in 2008. As CFO, Mr Bhogal is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of EcoSecurities Finance, Settlements, Treasury and Information Technology Corporate functions. Prior to joining, Mr Bhogal held positions of Group FD for Stella Travel Services UK, Head of Finance Europe for Investcorp, FD of Phoenix Relocations Services. Mr Bhogal began his career at BDO where he trained as a Chartered Accountant before joining KPMG.
